Under no circumstances shall the Administration be responsible for indirect losses, including lost profits. Liability is limited to documented direct losses resulting from Administration actions or omissions, not exceeding the cost of services provided to an individual User.
The Administration does not control the quality or timeliness of Services provided by Contractors. Users agree that all services offered are the responsibility of the Contractors. Customers and Contractors assume full responsibility and risks related to services provided or payments made.
If the User encounters any malfunctions or technical issues on the Website, they should first contact the Administration or User Support Service using the contact methods provided on the Website.
The Administration strives to ensure high-quality Website access. If the Administration fails to provide or provides improper access to the Website as outlined in these Rules, the User is entitled to file a complaint free of charge.

Any disputes between the Customer and the Performer regarding the Services or their payment will be resolved independently by the parties to the Agreement, without involving the Administration.
